B&M Mourad Group Inc. offers a 10–15 year labour warranty on qualifying roof installations. We stand behind the installation work covered by your written agreement.
The applicable 10- or 15-year term, covered work and conditions are specified in your signed contract. Repair coverage is quoted separately. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

Can I choose the shingle brand and colour?
Yes. Tell us your preference when requesting your estimate. Available products, colours and suitability for your roof are confirmed before ordering.
Does every project receive a 15-year warranty?
The workmanship warranty is 10–15 years on qualifying installations. Your written quote and contract state the exact term and covered work. Repairs have separately quoted coverage.
